We are part of the 4u Group of companies, which comprises a number of organisations in the telecommunication and financial services market place. We employ more than 5,000 people and have Turnover in excess of £800m in the United Kingdom. We were acquired by Providence Equity Partners Inc in 2006.

The card is issued by Newcastle Building Society ("NBS") pursuant to licence by MasterCard International Inc. NBS is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority as an issuer of e-money (registration no. 156058). NBS subscribes to the Banking Code, copies of the Code are available upon request.
