It's easy to earn cashback from your online purchases…
- Simply register for a free account
- Browse through your favourite online brands – we've got 100's of them
- When you've selected the retailer you wish to purchase from, click on the Shop Now button
- You'll go through to the retailer's website where you can buy as normal with your Neon card
- Your transaction is automatically tracked and the Cashback calculated
- Your Cashback will register in your Neon Cashback account as 'pending' within 5 working days
- Once the retailer confirms the transaction has passed their returns and validation period, your cashback will register in your account as 'approved'. This is usually done within 45 days but it can take up to 90 days
- Once a month your Cashback will be loaded onto your Neon card (if you are an existing Neon card account holder), provided you've reached the minimum Cashback level of £10, or, if you are not a Neon card holder, you will need to obtain a card by clicking here. Please note that a parent / guardian has to accept the terms and conditions by ticking the appropriate box.
